Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship

Dr. Grech was born and raised in Queens, NY. She received her B.A. in Natural Science from Fordham University, Lincoln Center and her M.D. from The Renaissance School of Medicine at Stony Brook University. She then completed residency at the Harvard South Shore Program at The VA Boston Healthcare System. During residency, Dr. Grech served as an Ombudsman, Program Evaluation Committee member, Graduate Medical Education Committee member and Chief Resident of Patient Safety and Quality Improvement. Outside of VA Boston, she also served as Media Editor for the American Journal of Psychiatry Resident Journal. Her clinical interests including internet gaming disorders and trauma informed care.
